苺は毎朝、市場にて選別して仕入れる高級な品種のみを使用、チョコレートは苺の品種に合わせて溶解していく。そんなこだわりのチョコレートは、特別な機械で溶かしたチョコレートが蛇口から滝のように流れていて
カップに入った苺の中に豪快にディップしていきます。
お客様の前では常にチョコが蛇口から流れており目で見ても楽しいスイーツです。
柔らかい酸味のある苺から溢れ出す果汁 そこに本格的な生チョコが口の中で交わり合うと今まで食べた事のない苺のスイーツとなります。
